Manufacturers of hydraulic presses and machines for the metal sector for more than 40 years, we have launched a thermoforming division, in order to become a key player in the very demanding sector of Solid surface.
Experts in the field of thermoforming, we offer practical and theoretical courses to our customers so that they can respond to any project designed by Corian, Krion, HI-MACS, Staron or other quality solid surface for optimal thermoforming.
Our vacuum presses are present in more than 85 countries, They wrap kitchen and bathroom doors with Renolit PVC. They are used every day by more than 225 cabinetmakers and carpenters, dedicated to the assembly of kitchens, restaurants, hotels or commercial premises and public spaces.

We work in a high-tech sector, using materials that did not exist 40 years ago. Today, we are the only manufacturer of preheating furnaces to use “k” type probes, which control the temperature at the core of the material we will thermoform. In this way, our customers have control over the heating of the equipment and avoid breakouts.

Low heat control or poor heat distribution causes yellow spots or bubbles to appear on the surface of the Solid Surface. The lack of heat in the material leads to a lower thermoforming capacity in the material.
When the raw material has a cost of more than €100 per m2, the costs of a badly made oven eat up the profits of many workshops.
That’s why Bugatool put the focus on temperature control inside the material itself. And we discovered that controlling thermoforming with only the variable time was not enough and could be awfully expensive to solid surface workshops.
