This is the most complete thermoforming machine for the wood sector

Its infrared lamp heating system gives it high heating speed for short cycles.

It allows the work of heating wood glues, PVC and PMMA of low thickness.

Infrared lamps do not heat the air but transmit electromagnetic waves that generate strong heat in the products.

The machine is composed by a vacuum table mounted on rails to slide under a dome equipped with IR lamps. In this way the operator works easily and without risk of burning.

The dome has a height of 600 mm inside in order to work on specially high jigs.

The control console controls the temperature, the heating time and the vacuum pressure. PLC can be optionally adapted to the machine

The machine can be equipped with a silicone or latex membrane as required.

The ROBO VERTICAL is functional for an industrial wood bending process and for flat or curved veneers.

Cycle times are between 4 and 40 minutes.
