The BUGA STRONG is a 60-ton industrial hydraulic press designed for thermoforming sinks and deep parts in Solid SurfaceCorian®, Krion®, PMMA and thermoformable woods.
Its hydraulic system allows working with molds of plywood or chilled aluminum and manufacturing parts with depths of up to 15 cm, maintaining controlled pressure throughout the forming process.
It is available in two sizes.
Its use requires a heating oven type BUGA AIROVE for perfect thermoforming without cracks or color change.
The cooling time can vary depending on the type of mould used, ranging from 10 to 30 minutes for 12 mm thick pieces.
