The Buga Duo Lift 3812 is a 2-in-1 thermoforming machine with maximum heating capacity, combined with a pneumatic piston-assisted membrane movement system.
The membrane press and oven are combined in a single chassis, optimising workshop space without compromising efficiency.
The machine is equipped with a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) controlled via a touchscreen with 12 programmable menusTwo "J"-type probes measure the temperature of the material inside, while a PT100 probe monitors the oven temperature. This ensures you know the exact temperature of your material during heating, preventing colour changes in solid surface sheets due to overheating or reduced flexibility from insufficient temperature.

The Buga Duo Lift 3812 is designed for industrial thermoforming of full solid surface sheets. The production rate is approximately 30 minutes per 12 mm thick thermoformed piece.
