The vacuum press BUGA Duo 3812 It is a machine for thermoforming solid surfaces such as Corian®, Krion® and PMMA, with maximum heating capacity for industrial production.

It is a 2-in-1 solution in which the membrane press and industrial oven are combined in a single chassis to optimize workshop space without sacrificing efficiency, temperature control and thermoforming capacity.

Its patented technology makes the BUGA Duo one of the industrial thermoforming machines most efficient on the market for workshops that work with solid surfaces and thermoformable plastics.

The BUGA Duo is suitable for industrial production, with an approximate rate of 30 minutes per thermoformed piece in materials 12 mm thick.

Industrial control with touch screen, type J thermocouple and PT100 probe

Because heating solid surfaces should not depend solely on time, but also on precise temperature control throughout the entire process.

The machine is equipped with:

  • An industrial programmable logic controller (PLC) operated via a touchscreen with 20 programmable menus.
  • Two J-type probes to measure the internal temperature of the material.
  • A PT100 probe that continuously monitors the oven temperature.
