
Buga Duo 3015
The new BUGA Duo 3015, the result of months of development, combines a high-performance industrial oven with a 330×150 vacuum press designed for thermoforming solid surfaces such as Corian®, Krion®, and other plastics—a combination that sets a new standard for reliability and cost-effectiveness in its class. Its intelligent design integrates both machines into a single chassis, saving valuable workshop space and maximizing the potential of your thermoforming operations.
The machine is equipped with:
- An industrial programmable logic controller (PLC) operated via a touchscreen with 20 programmable menus.
- Two "J" type probes that allow precise measurement of the temperature of the heated material inside.
- A PT100 probe that monitors the oven temperature at all times.

Advanced software control system that allows monitoring and optimization of all process segments by controlling the different cycle variables: Temperature / Time / Vacuum level / Segment cooling.
Distributed double-layer radiation system, reinforced by a convection system for air homogenization using booster fans «Bugatool Impeler Convection System®», which guarantees a homogenization of heat in the chamber of ±3 °C.
Ergonomic design aimed at optimizing the operator's working conditions in the plant.
Energy savings are achieved through faster cycles, process optimization via platforms with independent cameras, and control software that allows for automatic oven start-up at the desired time. This start-up control function enables the cycle to begin automatically without operator intervention, both at night and in the early morning.
