The BUGA AIROVE It is an industrial hot air oven designed to heat and thermoform sheets of Solid SurfacePMMA, Corian® and Krion® with precise temperature control.
Its removable tray allows you to insert irons Solid Surface up to 30 mm thick and control the heating of the material throughout the process.
PT100 temperature probe and J-type contact probes for precise temperature control.
The machine is equipped with a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), controlled from a touchscreen with 12 programmable menusTwo J-type contact probes measure the material temperature, while a PT100 temperature probe monitors the temperature of the hot air inside the oven. This allows us to know the exact material temperature during heating, preventing color changes in the sheets. Solid Surface caused by overheating or reduced flexibility due to insufficient temperature.

The Buga Airove is designed for industrial thermoforming of full solid surface sheets. The production rate is approximately 30 minutes per 12 mm thick thermoformed piece.
