The ROBO is a cost-effective vacuum press for 3D PVC with the highest capacity in its range. It is capable of laminating curved doors or columns with moulds of up to 90 mm radius. The Robo is equipped with a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) that allows for automatic control of all pressing process phases, assisted by 12 programmable menus. It features a 100 m³/h Becker vacuum pump, providing users with the reliability of a German brand for the most demanding kitchen and bathroom installers.
The use of magnetic supports to elevate doors allows for comfortable and clean work.
The machine features a "step-by-step" vacuum function, highly valued by workshops and operators. This function allows for controlled initial vacuum stages, ensuring perfect detailing on all your doors.
Its infrared heating system guarantees speed and efficiency when heating PVC.
Infrared lamps do not heat the air but instead transmit electromagnetic waves that generate heat directly in the product, saving time, space, and energy.
