The ROBO VERTICAL is the thermoforming machine with the highest capacity on the market.
Its infrared heating system guarantees speed and efficiency when heating glues and PMMA.
Infrared lamps do not heat the air but instead transmit electromagnetic waves that generate heat directly in the product, saving time, space, and energy.
The machine consists of a vacuum table mounted on 2 rails, allowing it to be positioned under the heat dome and extracted as needed. This way, the operator works comfortably outside the hot zone, with full access to all parts of the vacuum table.
The infrared lamp dome has a capacity of up to 600 mm in height, allowing work on curved doors, columns or tall molds.
From the control panel, the vacuum time and pressure are monitored, and a non-contact laser probe allows for temperature regulation under the dome. Optionally, a PLC can be used to automatically control the movements of the vacuum table and the dome.
The vacuum table can operate with or without membranes, which can be made of natural rubber or silicone.
The ROBO VERTICAL is recommended for industrial use. Work cycles are especially short, between 4 and 5 minutes for working with PVC and 15 minutes for working with 10 mm wood.
