Return & Refund policy
All Bugatool products (except for custom or made-to-order items) can be returned and refunded, provided you notify us of your intention to return the product(s) within a period of 30 calendar days after receiving them and that they comply with the rest of the conditions that we establish below.
To request a refund, please contact us. You can fill out our form. Contact Form with the subject "Return"Call us on 654 965 964 (or WhatsApp). Or send us an email to info@bugatool.com and we will process the return.
Case 1: Returns due to withdrawal from purchase
Requirements for making a return due to withdrawal
➦ Products to be returned must be unused and in the condition in which they were delivered, that is, with all their original packaging, manuals and accessories.
➦ The product must be returned in its original packaging along with all promotional items sent free of charge (trays, openers, rulers, color charts, etc.).
The consumer must include a copy of the invoice inside the packaging. In the case of a partial return, the invoice must indicate which products have been returned.
➦ Once we have verified at our facilities that the returned goods are in perfect condition, we will proceed with a full or partial refund (depending on the number of products returned). The refund will always be issued via the same payment method used for the original order within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. at no cost to the consumer and/or user.
➦ No returns will be processed for products purchased at the outlet clearance sale.
Steps to follow
1. Contact us to provide all the product details using the contact form. Select "returns" as the subject and don't forget to include your order reference number.
2. We will arrange for the home collection of the product you wish to return.
NOTE: Products to be returned must always be in good condition, unused, and kept in their original packaging
What will we do at Bugatool?
Upon receiving the products, we will verify their condition and then inform you whether or not you are entitled to a refund of the amounts paid for the products you wish to return.
If the product is in good condition, we will process the corresponding refund. If the return involves the entire order, we will refund the full amount. If the return only involves part of the order, we will only refund the product(s) involved.
Case 2: Returns due to defective product
If the product has been damaged during transport, is defective, or we have made a mistake, you can claim it within a period of 30 calendar days after receipt following the steps we define below.
Steps to follow
- Please photograph the product so we can see any damage caused by shipping and/or product nonconformities. If it is a defective product, please try to include the manufacturing batch number in one of the photos so we can carry out the necessary quality checks.
- Contact us to provide all the product details and describe the issue by sending an email to info@bugatool.com. Don't forget to attach any photos you've taken.
- Once we receive the notification and verify that a refund is due, we will contact you to explain the procedure we will follow, always trying to make the process as simple, effective and satisfactory as possible for you.
If a return is processed and we do not have the product in stock to replace it, we will refund the full amount paid for the product. If it is a complete order return, the refund will include the delivery costs incurred to deliver the item(s).
Partial returns and/or cancellations will result in partial refunds of the amount paid for the order. In the case of a partial return, shipping costs will also be partially refunded.
If a product other than the one you ordered is delivered due to our error, it will be collected and the correct product will be delivered to you at no additional cost, or we will issue a refund if you so request.
