The ECO B is a cost-effective vacuum press for 3D PVC It is capable of laminating 3D PVC on all types of MDF doors and panels available on the market, with thicknesses of up to 30 mm. The Eco B is equipped with a 100 m³/h Becker vacuum pump, offering users the reliability of a German brand for the most demanding kitchen and bathroom installers.
The use of magnetic supports to elevate doors allows for comfortable and clean work.
The machine features a “step by step” vacuum function,highly appreciated by workshops and operators. This function allows for controlled initial vacuum stages, ensuring perfect detailing on all your doors.
The use of Infrared heating system guarantees speed and efficiency when heating PVC.
Infrared lamps do not heat the air but instead transmit electromagnetic waves that generate heat directly in the product, saving time, space, and energy.
The machine consists of a vacuum table mounted on 2 rails, allowing it to be positioned under the heat dome and extracted as needed. This way, the operator works comfortably outside the hot zone, with full access to all parts of the vacuum table.
The infrared lamp dome has a height capacity of up to 110 mm, enabling work on slightly curved doors.
From the control panel, you can manage the vacuum time and pressure, and a laser sensor (non-contact) allows for temperature regulation under the dome.
The vacuum table can operate with or without membranes, which can be made of natural rubber or silicone.
The ECO is recommended for medium-scale industrial use. Work cycles are particularly short, between 4 and 5 minutes for PVC processing.
